Archival prints (a.k.a. giclée prints) last for decades when taken care of properly. Unlike traditional dye-based inks which tend to fade from sunlight and atmospheric gases, archival inks are pigment based and withstand time at a museum quality level. That said, you should still take care to keep your print protected behind glass or in a closed album to ensure it has a long lasting and vibrant life.
